In order to enhance our children’s understanding and appreciation of the Word of God, one Sunday each month we invite children in kindergarten through 5th grades to join us in the Chapel during the Liturgy of the Word for a separate celebration and explanation of the Scriptures by trained catechists. Children’s Liturgy of the Word is generally offered on the third weekend of the month at the Saturday 5pm Mass and Sunday's 8:45am, 10:30am, and 12:15pm Masses.
